Kathy Semanate was engaged by our company to assist us in our Section 404 Sarbanes Oxley ("SOX 404") compliance efforts. She developed tests procedures, coordinated testing with both our domestic operations in the United States and our overseas operations in China. Throughout this process Ms. Semanate demonstrated great resourcefulness in dealing with the Company's China subsidiary by designing testing procedures that could be efficiently applied by the local accounting department, hence avoiding the need to send someone from the US to implement the testing.
